I Ran FUCKING 4k tonight FUCK YEAH. I normally run 2k and stop I was going to make myself run 3k then i was like fuck this i will run to 4k. 4k is a better Achievement then 3k is! I sprinted the last 100meters aswell like level 14 on the treadmill.
